The people without degrees says, that people wearing McDonald's caps or any other restaurant caps, comes into the office and says, this is my degree and at that spot they feel honoured that how much successful they are and are able to even built their company without the degree.  Even Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are college drops out, without any degree and see how successful they are in their field.  Entrepreneurs who know their work, they know it so well that they do not need any degree for any evidence.
